jasnoo is opinionated. It exists to help you do one thing — figure out what actually matters, then work the next step. Here's the loop.
Once a week — preferably on your day off — walk through these seven steps. The first time takes an hour. After that, twenty minutes.
List every goal you want to achieve, every problem nagging at you, every task you keep putting off. Don't filter, don't rank, don't overthink. Just empty your head onto the canvas.
For each goal and problem, list the problems that cause it. The things actually standing between you and the outcome you want.
For each problem, write its root causes. Go as deep as you need. You'll know you've hit the bottom when the next step feels like "I can handle that."
You'll have a huge tree. Mark what's a dead-end, what can wait, and what doesn't really matter. Trust your gut — you can always change it later.
For every problem you kept, write the solutions you can actually take. These become your real, concrete goals.
The hardest step. What is the one thing you want to bring to life more than anything else? Until you decide, ranking is impossible — everything looks important.
Order your goals by how much each one serves your vision. No ties. If the result doesn't feel right, your vision is wrong — change it and rank again. Do this a few times and patterns appear.
After the review, two screens carry the rest of the week.
Your ranked list. Top of the list is the only thing that matters right now. When life happens and the order gets confused, run the wizard again — new priorities will appear.
For the top priority, write the concrete physical step you can take in the real world — and do it. Then the next one. That's the entire daily loop.
Bills, trash, exercise, the things that come back every week. Set them as recurring so they stop cluttering your priorities, and you can spend your real attention on what matters.
Simple is not the same as easy. Doing the loop once is trivial. Doing it consistently — and letting it cut things you wanted to keep — is the actual work. Every iteration forces you to drop what doesn't serve your vision. That's the point.
