Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made within 7-days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a email you used or receipt number.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Licenses that have been activated and used for more than 7-days.
- Subscriptions or renewals past the 7-day refund window.
How to Request a Refund:

- I will respond to your request within 7 business days.
Processing Refunds:
- Refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
- The refund amount will be credited to your account within a certain number of days, depending on your card
issuer's policies.
- After your refund is processed, you are required to delete all copies of the software you have.
