Privacy & data

Does it work offline?

Yes. Internet is only needed for the first download and update checks.

Does it use the cloud or AI?

Neither. Your data is one file on your disk. Nothing leaves your machine.

How do I back up my data?

Point any cloud sync tool (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, Syncthing) at the file. It's cross-platform — open the same file on Windows, macOS, or Linux without conversion. Only rule: don't open it on two computers at once.

What happens after I pay?

The email you use at checkout becomes your login. You're redirected to the download page automatically. If you're not, contact me via the chat widget and I'll sort it.

What's the refund policy?

There is no refund policy because you can trial it out for free forever.

Why these decisions

Why no mobile app?

Desktop-only is intentional. It's the only way to keep the rest — no cloud, no notifications, no pressure to grow features just to justify server costs.

Why no team or collaboration mode?

jasnoo is single-user by design. The work it helps with is figuring out what you care about.

What does "jasnoo" mean?

In Croatian, jasno means "clear" — the extra o is for SEO. The name is the goal: clarity, put into action.
